The oldest faculty of Palacký University offers degree programmes not only in theology, but also in social work, social pedagogy, ethics in media communication, and health-related fields. It welcomes students regardless of their religious background.
The Faculty of Medicine offers degree programmes in medicine and health sciences. It works closely with hospitals and specialised healthcare institutions across Europe and was the first medical faculty in the Czech Republic to receive the prestigious AMSE accreditation. One of the Czech Republic’s leading centres for the study of human movement, sport, and healthy lifestyles, the faculty offers state-of-the-art facilities and degree programmes in physical education and sport, recreation, physiotherapy, and adapted physical activity. The Faculty of Law combines a high-quality legal education with a strong emphasis on practical training.
